Coastal Discovery Museum – What a fantastic way to learn about the beautiful nature of Hilton Head Island. Old and young can take part in tours, talks and exhibits. Honey Horn Plantation near entrance to Cross Island Expressway.

Heritage Library – Weekly Tours available to learn about Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry. From Historic Bike Tours, Ft. Mitchel Tours, Chapel of Ease Cemetery Tours and even Hilton Head Haunted History Tales. Check the days of tours priced form $10 – $25 good for adults and children alike.

January 25  Hilton Head Snow Day Enjoy snow, inflatable rides, entertainment and more 11AM – 4PM at Shelter Cove Community Park Kids 2-17 $10 Adults Free

January 30 – February 28    Hilton Head Gullah Festival – More details to come

February 1   Souperbowl of Caring 2020 at Coligny Plaza Only $10 and you can try all sorts of soups and the benefits go to Second Helpings 12PM – 4PM

February 24 – March 1   Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival  So many events, so much food and all in a weeks time. From Dinners and learning events and more the Festival culminate at Honey Horn on 11AM –  4Pm on Saturday 2/29 featuring food, entertainment and fun! $10 for entrance and then tastings cost per item.

March 9 – 15   Hilton Head Wine and Food Festival – More details to come but it includes a Public Tasting on the Sea Pines Harbour  11-4PM.

March 21 – 22    Hilton Head Wingfest – more details to come for the 2020 event

March 28   A Lowcountry Fair with Historical Flair  3rd Annual Fair will feature artisans, food vendors, music, Marsh Tacky events and so much more about the history of the Lowcountry. Come to Honey Horn Plantation 11AM – 5PM and learn.

April 10 & 11  Hilton Head Music Festival 2020  2nd Annual event will be held at Honey Horn with more details to come

April 13 – 20   RBC Heritage of Golf   Get your tickets the 52nd annual PGA Tournament, the Island’s biggest party with a side of golf. More details to come.

December 24   Jingle Jingle Run 28th Annual Hilton Head Hospital 5K run starts the Holiday feeling good about yourself! $32 – $45 at the Hilton Head Hospital 7am.

February 1    Hood to Coast – Hilton Head  Based on Hood to Coast Relay Oregon join the One Day Team Relay – Run or Walk. This one-day One Van Six member race features 64 miles but done in one day.

February 8   Hilton Head Marathon /Half Marathon & 8K  Starting at Jarvis Creek Park this is serious running with a side of fun after party.

March 1   WMNRun Hilton Head – Half, Relay, Quarter & 5K Enjoy a Woman centric race running on the beach at low tide then there will partying with drinks, food, music, yoga and even bling.

March 28   5th Annual Sandalwood Run for Hunger  Mitchelville Freedom Park is the spot for this 5K/10K Run Walk to benefit the Sandalwood Community Food Pantry 8:30AM

April 1, 8, 15 June 10 – August 19 – Every Wednesday Palmetto Dunes Turtle Trot 5K A family fun 5K Run /Walk through Palmetto Dunes. Enjoy two courses – Beach when it’s low tide or road course when it’s high tide. While on vacation get the family out early – 8AM start and only $25 for Adults and kids 12 and under free.
