The unit was nicely decorate and during the first week we had some “unavoidable” appliance problems which were handled promptly. In addition we were delayed a total of 5 days from our original check in date. Three days due to hurricane Irma and an additional 2 days due to a non working elevator. The rental company compensated us for the 5 days we missed out of the goodness of their hearts which we thought was extremely generous and we thank them for that. In conclusion I would highly recommend their company for a Hilton Head rental.
